• Co-traveller details such as name, age, profession and contact numbers
• Booking details such as route, seats, boarding and drop points and payment status
• Basic technical data such as device type and pages visited, to keep the website working well

Your information is used to confirm and manage your bookings, to contact you about your journey and to improve our service.

• Create your account and verify you with a one-time password
• Reserve seats and issue your ticket and PNR
• Send booking confirmations, reminders and support replies
• Keep the service safe and prevent misuse

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the people who need it to deliver your journey, and only to the extent they need it.

This can include the driver and bus operator for your trip, our payment partner and service providers who help us run the website.

Payments are processed by a secure third-party payment gateway. Your card or UPI details are entered on their secure page and are not stored on our servers.

We use industry standard safeguards to protect your information, but no system can be completely risk free, so please keep your login details private.

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, but some parts of the website may then stop working.

• View and update your profile and co-travellers at any time from your account
• Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct or delete your information, subject to legal requirements
• Opt out of non-essential messages

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and for as long as the law requires us to keep booking and payment records.
