01

Accepting these terms

By creating an account or booking a seat on Vaarigo you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

02

Your account

  • You must give accurate details and keep them up to date
  • You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login private
  • You may add co-travellers only with their knowledge
03

Bookings and seats

A seat is temporarily held for you while you complete your booking. If payment is not completed in time, the hold is released and the seat becomes available again.

Seats marked for women are reserved for women passengers, and the rules for them are shown when you choose such a seat.

  • Each seat must be assigned to a passenger before payment
  • Your booking is confirmed only after payment succeeds and a PNR is issued
  • Boarding and drop points are chosen by you at the time of booking
04

Fares and payments

The fare, taxes, any platform fee and any offer applied are shown in the fare summary before you pay. The total you see is the total you pay.

Payments are made through a secure payment partner. We are not responsible for charges applied by your bank or payment provider.

05

Cancellations and refunds

The cancellation policy for your bus is shown during checkout and in your booking details. Any refund depends on how long before departure you cancel.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

06

Limits of responsibility
